Three people a day die from asthma. Asthma UK is the charity dedicated to changing this. We fund research and offer support because 90% of asthma deaths are preventable.

One of the vital services Asthma UK provides is the Adviceline which is staffed by asthma nurse specialists. They provide confidential advice and support to people with asthma and those who care for them.

I wanted do something in memory of my sister who sadly passed away from an asthma attack and to help other people with asthma in the future. Taking part in an Asthma UK walking challenge gave me something to focus on and I felt a real sense of achievement at the end, it was an experience I would recommend to anyone.
